Using a fitball, or Swiss Ball can be an excellent way to stay in shape, which is enjoyable at the same time. We offer a six week class that progresses you from a basic level, up to advanced exercises, aiming to improve your core stability, and give you a total body workout.

Fitball classes have no impact and are well suited to people recovering from injury, new mothers or anyone wanting to tone up.

All classes are run by a qualified physiotherapist and we understand that people will have varying levels of skill, and exercises will be tailored accordingly. Private health rebates apply.
